Eligibility Criteria for Super Fuel Dealership

1.Individuals
  • Age: 21-55 years.
  • Indian citizenship and residency.
  • Educational qualification: Minimum graduation (or equivalent).
  • Rural outlets require a 10+2 qualification.
  • Financial capability: Investment requirement between INR 1.5 Cr to 3 Cr.
2.Partnerships
  • All partners must individually meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Each partner must submit a separate application with an application fee.
  • A registered/draft partnership deed is required.
3.Non-Individual Entities
  • Registered Co-operative/Consumer Societies
  • Must have recorded net profits in the past three years and provide certification from a Chartered Accountant.
Organized Bodies/Corporate Houses
  • Must not have any criminal or financial convictions.
  • Public/Private Limited Companies with a turnover exceeding INR 100 Cr annually are eligible. Companies with a turnover below INR 100 Cr are subject to multiple dealership norms.
Disqualification Criteria
  • Conviction for criminal offenses involving moral turpitude or financial fraud. Mental instability or severe physical incapacity.
  • Previous dealership/distributorship termination due to malpractice or adulteration. False information in the application affecting eligibility.

SuperFL Petrol Pump Dealership: Other Eligibility Criteria

Land Requirement
  • For Urban Locations: Minimum 800 sqm of land
  • For State/National Highways: Minimum 1200 sqm of land
  • Land Type: Commercial Land only (Note: Agricultural land must be converted into non-agricultural land)
  • Land Ownership: Land must be owned or available on a long-term lease
  • Lease Agreement: Minimum lease period of 19 years and 11 months, or 29 years and 11 months
Utilities
  • Electricity Connection: Must have a reliable electricity supply
  • Water Connection: Must have a water connection
Dealership Setup Time
  • Time to Setup: Approximately 30-40 days (subject to the completion and validation of all necessary documentation)
Staffing Requirements
  • Pump Managers: 3 qualified managers
  • Attendants for Air Filling: 2 attendants for tyre air filling
  • Pump Attendants: At least 8 attendants to manage fuel filling operations round the clock
Staff Requirements
  • Staff should be courteous and professional at all times
  • Must ensure cleanliness of windshields
  • Must be trained and proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems, including card swipe machines and UPI payment devices
Additional Requirements

Multiple Dealership Norms SuperFuel adheres to strict guidelines regarding multiple dealership applications:

For Individuals and Partnerships Only one dealership per family is allowed. A family is defined as the applicant, their spouse, unmarried children, and their respective immediate family members. If any member holds a dealership with another oil company, they will not be eligible for a SuperFuel dealership.

For Non-Individual Entities Entities (including Companies and Partnerships) will not be eligible if any director or shareholder (with a controlling stake of 51% or more) holds a dealership with another oil company. Public/Private Limited Companies with a turnover exceeding ₹100 crore per annum are exempt from these norms.

Residence Requirement Applicants who are residents of the state where the petrol pump is to be located will receive additional marks. A Residence Certificate, issued by a Sub-Tahsildar or higher-ranked officer in the district within the last six months, must be provided.

Personal Supervision The selected applicant for a SuperFuel petrol pump dealership must actively manage the day-to-day operations of the pump. They will not be allowed to take up any other employment. If the applicant is employed elsewhere, they must resign before taking on the role of a SuperFuel dealer.

Applying for More Than One Location Applicants can apply for more than one site, but each location requires a separate application and corresponding application fee. The company reserves the right to select the location at its discretion. An individual, partnership firm, or company with a turnover under ₹100 crore per annum can apply for only one dealership, regardless of how many locations are offered. Applications for multiple locations must be submitted with separate forms, each complete with the necessary documentation.

  • Stage 1: Initial Preparation Applicants should read and understand the terms and conditions listed on the SuperFuel Petroleum website before proceeding. Prepare all necessary documents and NOCs.
  • Stage 2: Registration & Application Visit the "Business Enquiry" section of the SuperFuel website and fill out the Expression of Interest (EOI) form. Include all required details about the applicant, the land location, and business interests. The system will prompt if any information is missing or incorrect.
